If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the shipment until all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

12. Shipping & Delivery

OUT OF CONTROL Apparel currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • High order volume

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Address verification issues

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect location or returned to us by the carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.

13. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for products transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Once tracking indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, OUT OF CONTROL Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery

  • Stolen packages

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Packages delivered to an address supplied by the customer

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim.

14. Returns & Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is the direct result of our error.

15. No Exchanges

OUT OF CONTROL Apparel does not offer product exchanges.

Customers who wish to obtain a different size, color, or item must place a new order after any eligible refund has been processed.

Inventory cannot be reserved while returns are pending.

Orders may be delayed, canceled, or verified if we identify unusual purchasing behavior, including but not limited to:
